More and more women who are pregnant or breastfeeding are inquiring about my 100% Natural Products, so I thought of just posting this sort-of-a-guide for these women. What I recommend for PREGNANT WOMEN* to try are:

Before nursing, it is always best to clean the breast area even with just water.
