OLIVE BEAUTY

You may all think that this mild beauty is best used only for the most sensitive of skins (infant skin), but there's more to it than meets the eye. Wink  For me, it's an all-around, multi-purpose handmade soap.

Here's why... 

Personal Care

Aside from using it as a face and body soap...

  1. It can be used as a shampoo bar for yourself and your babies. Ever since I came up with this Premium Bar and learned more about the skin and hair benefits of olive oil, I let our kids use this variant (and Baby Blue) for their hair and body all the time. For their hair, I would melt a slice of Olive Beauty in distilled/alkaline/purified water (any drinking water, just not tap!) then put it in a pump bottle. I then add a few drops of lavender pure essential oil since it's one of the safest essential oils to use on kids and it smells great, too!
  2. It can be used as a make-up remover. Even waterproof mascaras and tough lipstick stains (on the lips) can easily be removed by this beauty. You just need to lather on those areas twice if the make-up is really a tough one to remove. This way, you get to skip a step of having to use a make-up remover when you just want to immediately hit the sack after a long day's work or a late night-out.


Household Use

  1. It can be used to wash dishes. Yup, you read that right! Like the shampoo, just melt a slice in water (tap water is fine for this) and place it in any plastic container (or recycle an empty dishwashing paste or liquid container). You'll be surprised how effective it is in removing oil from pans and plates! I've tried it with the other variants and Olive Beauty worked the best!
  2. It can be used to wash baby bottles, clothes, toys, etc. Since it's 100% NATURAL and very safe to use on your baby, it also makes it very safe to use on anything that belongs to your baby. The very mild and natural formulation of Olive Beauty makes it a better choice compared to other baby liquid cleansers that may still contain SLS and/or SLES and other harsh chemicals normally used for cleaning.

Thanks for the tip. I'll do that with my olive bar soap to use as shampoo for me :). Can I also do the same with the other premium bars (dilute in water)? I love the smell of utter bliss on my hair. thanks.

hi, jing! yes, you may do the same with the other premium bars like Total Attraction and Utter Bliss. to make the scent even stronger, you may add drops of my Essential Oil (for vinegar rinse)in Utter Bliss.

hi, dyann! actually, you can slightly smell the olive oil in Olive Beauty because it has a very high percentage of the oil, which is good :) but since it's unscented, the smell won't really stay on your hair. also, if you follow it with vinegar rinse and add a few drops of my Essential Oil (for vinegar rinse), your hair will smell great! :)

try 1/3 or 1/2 of a bar first in a regular sized container. i'm sure it won't get too watery. but in case it does, you can simply add smaller slices until you get the consistency you want. hope this helps. :)
