These souvenirs turned out very cute! The bride wanted to incorporate their motif with the natural nature of my handmade soaps. At first, she wanted accents that would represent the different variants she chose. She had a very unique idea. This was what she e-mailed me:
These souvenirs were given out during the couple's celebration of their many years together as husband and wife. It was their daughter, Camille, who helped organize this very special and solemn event, so she was the one who coordinated with me for the giveaways.
I am really happy (and proud) with how these souvenirs turned out. It was quite a challenge for me at the beginning, given the motif of the couple. It was also not easy to match the toffee brown they wanted so I had to settle for the closest brown tone available. But in the end, the soap dish sets looked very elegant as how the bride, who is based in the United States, wanted them to be (trust me, the actual souvenirs look so much better).
The bride wanted her giveaways to look "sweet", but I had to make sure that they didn't end up looking as though they'll be given out in a debut instead of a wedding. So it was quite tricky to think of the appropriate design. Also, there were no wrappers available in the couple's motif so I had to choose another color that would look nice as the base.
