DL2 is down with a really nasty, phlegmy cough. He breathes with the crackling sound of sticky phlegm. For three (3) nights now, he would wake up in the wee hours of the morning coughing and crying just because he couldn't breath properly. Whenever he would attempt to breastfeed, he would choke because of his semi-blocked air passage. My poor baby... He's been under homeopathic remedies since Saturday and they're really bringing out the phlegm, but it's also giving DL2 so much discomfort in the process. Every night I pray that he will be much better the next morning when I hear crackling sounds from his breathing no more (please let that day be tomorrow...). But I'm also very thankful that he's still an active baby despite the virus he caught (most likely from his first birthday party, tsk, tsk...). He's been practicing to walk everyday. But given his condition, I think his time of making his first few steps alone will be delayed. Our dear baby boy, you'll be better soon and you'll be walking in no time. |

On the brighter side, he can already stay standing for more than 10 seconds and he made his first 2 steps alone around two weeks ago, yehey!
