I started the year 2008 with a loaded month of January. It was a mix of work, preparations, personal and family celebrations, and pet responsibilities (one of our dogs got operated on over the holidays and, at one point, his wound opened up. I had to make sure that it closed well and that it would not happen again, tsk, tsk…). I am so behind with my much needed rest, but with the rate things are going, I think I won’t be getting much any time soon.
Just to share a fraction of what I’ve been up to last month, I made 36 batches of handmade soaps. Most of them are to replenish the variants that have been out of stock. I also made more Special Bars with some revisions. Let’s just say they’ve been “upgraded”. But hey, this doesn’t mean that the previous ones I made (which a lot of you have purchased, tried, and enjoyed) aren’t of good quality, okay? I just thought that some of them can still be made even better (don’t we all want improvement?). I’ll take some photos and post them soon.
In fact, though I have used my Regular Bars’ formulations for years now, I recently thought of how to make them into even better handmade soaps. I’ll also post about that once they’re made.
I know I’ve been silent here for some time, and I thank all of you who continue to check out my website for updates. During my short “vacation” from posting, I have thought of sooo many things I want to write about that I honestly don’t know where to begin. So I keep telling myself, “one at a time, dear, one at a time…”
But this is what I can say, “TIME REALLY, REALLY FLIES!!!” DL2 has turned one (1) year old, I’ve turned a year older as well, DL1 will be going to school this year (sob 
…), and…it’s a Monday again! Hay…now where’s my list of “things to do”?…
